Convertible Jacket

I liked it for its fit more than for it being convertible. Would be okay as a nonconvertible as well.

Which is not to say for your long white coat.
I initially came in to look at your white coats but they don't look classy at all. All the "patchwork" design (pocket seams are over done so that entire white coat looks "dirty" and "unrefined". The design makes the white coat look like a patchwork which will look ugly in photos.

Hope you can come up with a white coat design that hides all the pocket seams while retaining the multiple hidden pockets.

The hidden pockets of the white coat are the biggest plus factors.
but the visible seams and cutouts for all the external pockets look so messy.

Hopefully you can make a white coat that only shows the main external pockets with all the others (pen sleeve, inner hidden pockets) invisible.
Would also want to have that side slit for reaching inside form the sides CLOSED as an option. Does not look refined at all.

Let me know if you come up with a better white coat design while retaining all the inner hidden pockets.
