No, all embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Which products are available for BYOS?
BYOS made-to-measure scrubs are made to your measurements following an in-store consultation.
Can I change my BYOS customization options after checkout?
Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately, so customization options can no longer be changed. Please review your selections carefully with our team before checking out.
How many characters can I have embroidered?
For our MoveTech® and ADAPT® scrubs, embroidery is limited to a maximum of 26 characters.
Character count includes letters, spaces, and punctuation.
Please note: The Script font does not support ALL CAPS. Any uppercase text entered will be automatically converted to Title Case.
These limits ensure your embroidery stays perfectly placed and visible. Our in-store team can help you preview your embroidery before confirming your order.
How long does a BYOS order take to fulfill?
Made-to-measure orders typically take 4–6 weeks from confirmation, depending on your customizations. We will keep you updated on your order's progress along the way.
What is your exchange or return policy for BYOS orders?
As every BYOS piece is made to measure just for you, orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
